EASY SNACKS

Add peanut butter and raisins to celery to make this nutritious snack look more appealing

Frozen blueberries on top of low fat yogurt

Banana on a stick
Banana
Popsicle stick
Peanut butter, softened
Crispy rice cereal or sunflower seeds

Peel the banana. Cut  in half, widthwise, and push a Popsicle stick through the cut end of each half.
Spread peanut butter on the banana,  roll in cereal or seeds.
Wrap them in waxed paper and freeze for 3 hours 

AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS
 take a six-cupcake tin and put a different treat in each cupcake spot. Some choices include: cheese cubes, vegetables, cereal, raisins or fruit, yogurt, pretzels, crackers, nuts, pieces of bagel etc.
